The need to engage the best of the best talent is not a luxury any longer, it is a requirement if you want to win the war on talent. In this session we will specifically explore the technologies that are required to pull the next generation into our firm, and then glue them to their seats! We will explore the common, and much less common forms of technology that are needed to truly recruit, motivate and engage our next gen, and we might just be surprised that technology is not about "age" and it will flow through the entire firm.
